Information Security Manager / AFSO

Salary: $158,000 - 158,000 per year Requirements:

• We require U.S. citizenship.
• We are seeking a mid-level to senior professional with 7-10 years of experience.
• We require a bachelors degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
• We require IAM Level III certification, with CISSP required.
• We prefer GSLC or CISM certification.
• We require 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information systems security management.
• We require familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 2 and Rev. 3.
• We require 5+ years of experience with NIST SP 800-53, the Risk Management Framework, and secure system operations.
• We need a strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements, control implementation, and assessment practices, including CMMC readiness oversight.
• We value experience with Windows and Linux environments, vulnerability tools, and security baselines.

• We lead and carry out cybersecurity activities to help protect critical government systems.
• We apply hands-on ISSM expertise to security governance, risk evaluation, and CMMC compliance efforts.
• We serve as the Alternate Facility Security Officer under the guidance of our Facility Security Officer.
• We identify security risks and validate critical controls across multiple systems and programs.
• We support continuous improvement of our IT security posture.
• We help ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of our information systems.
