Salary: 75,000 - $90,000

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our fast-paced retail dining operation in Savannah, GA. Key Responsibilities

Lead daily retail and café operations.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly associates.
Drive an exceptional guest experience through outstanding hospitality.
Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and retail performance.
Maintain food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety standards.
Execute promotions, merchandising, and special events.
Complete required reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or foodservice management experience.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Experience managing food cost, labor, inventory, and cash handling.
P&L and high-volume operational experience preferred.
Hospitality, retail, or healthcare foodservice experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.
