What You Need:

• Valid Kansas or compact nursing license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• Minimum 3+ years of ER nursing experience (5+ preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
