Salary and Benefits Base Salary: $335,000 to $350,000+ (salary commensurate to years of experience) Base Salary for new graduates: $325,000 Additional wRVU bonus (paid quarterly) $25,000 sign on bonus Relocation Assistance: Yes, up to $15,000 Student loan forgiveness! Paid Vacation Time: 21 days in first year (carry over option available) CME: Paid and time off 457f Plan Health, Dental and Vision insurance for individuals and families (multiple plans to choose from) Retirement Package – Fidelity Matching Retirement (three plans to choose from) Malpractice Insurance Split role: two days in outpatient clinic, two days elective cases in hospital, and one day for add-ons or seeing patients in hospital. Clinic is across the street from hospital 24/7 CRNAs on-site One OR in hospital dedicated specifically to OB 17 hospital suites exclusive to pre and post OB Responsibilities Full Scope OB/GYN Patients are seen are at 35 weeks or more 15 to 20 patients per day 2 days of hospital call per week On occasion, provider will be observed by FMOB and IM residents Requirements Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider) Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem.
