The Kennedy Collective is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to provide person-centered employment support using the IPS model. You will engage individuals with lived experience to foster hope, resilience, and successful integration into competitive work within a community-based setting. You will collaborate with Employment Specialists and clinicians, support job readiness, and document progress in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
