Trauma-Informed Shelter Counselor & Case Manager
Making Opportunity Count
Making Opportunity Count is seeking Residential Counselors to support families in a congregate emergency shelter in Boston. You will provide hands-on coaching, conduct intakes, orient new residents, and enforce shelter policies while maintaining safety and structure in a 24/7 facility. You will perform light housekeeping, document shifts and incidents, and offer crisis support as needed.
