• Assisting with surgical procedures through preparing and organizing the operating room meticulously
• Upholding sterile environments and adhering stringently to infection control protocols
• Providing necessary instruments and supplies to surgeons and surgical support staff
• Preparing and managing surgical tools before, during, and following procedures with precision
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring complete preparedness for every surgical operation
• Collaborating closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical professionals for seamless care delivery
• Maintaining precise surgical counts and complete documentation

Essential Education and Training:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Necessary Certifications:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
• BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days after hiring)
