### Team Leader / Assistant General Manager

**Pay:** $13.00–$17.00/hour + tips

**Responsibilities**

* Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
* Lead and support team members
* Maintain high standards for customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
* Complete an 8–12 week Manager in Training program with opportunities for pay increases
* Eligible for profit-sharing bonuses upon completing Assistant General Manager certification

### General Manager

**Pay:** $17.00–$35.00+/hour (including bonus opportunities)

**Responsibilities**

* Oversee all restaurant operations
* Manage staffing, hiring, training, scheduling, and financial performance
* Lead and develop the restaurant team
* Participate in a profit-sharing bonus program

Average annual earnings for General Managers range from **$50,000–$80,000+**, depending on performance and bonuses.
