Lead Maintenance Tech - Elevate Resident Living

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform essential duties that maintain and enhance the value of our residential communities. You will prepare vacant apartments, conduct routine and preventive maintenance, and respond to resident service requests with professionalism. Be available for after-hours emergencies and assist the Maintenance Director with special projects and grounds upkeep.
