Job Description

• Perform patient procedures and administer care within the nursing scope of practice.
• Safely administer medications, closely monitoring patient responses and ensuring positive outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways and care coordination strategies.
• Provide nursing care for a designated group of patients, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all activities and care provided.
