Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse - Operating Room provides safe, high-quality peri-operative care within a collaborative surgical team. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients pre-surgery, educate families, prepare patients with IV therapy and medications, participate in surgical site verification, respond to emergencies, monitor patient condition, document changes, and educate patients about their care. Key Duties: Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care, apply critical thinking, and uphold universal protocols to ensure safety and efficiency in the OR. Qualifications & Skills: RN license, Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, BLS certification within 30 days, strong clinical judgment, technical skills, and team collaboration.
