Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator Job Description

Operate injection molding presses and drill presses within the specified cycle time. Perform visual inspections, checks, and tests in the manufacture of custom molded devices.

• Operate injection molding machines and other equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, and heat stakers.
• Inspect products according to quality plans and perform degating, trimming, and additional secondary operations as per control plans.
• Package products to customer specifications and label product containers according to order activation worksheets.
• Identify molding problems and notify the Molding Technician for corrections.
• Perform assembly of products as directed by work instructions and complete daily Production Activity Logs.
• Maintain a stable mold cycle and ensure a high level of attention to detail.
• Keep work area clean and maintain the ability to work in a cleanroom environment as assigned by management.

• High school graduate or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift fifty pounds or more
• Understanding of visual part aspects
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of ISO and Good Documentation practices preferred
• Knowledge of ERP software preferred
• Understanding of basic safety standards and procedures
• Proficiency in speaking and reading English, with good communication skills both written and oral

This is a Contract position based out of Menomonie, WI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Menomonie,WI.
