Mercor is seeking a Legal Expert — Transactional / Corporate to join our remote team on an hourly contract basis. The role focuses on due diligence, contract reviews, SPAs, NDA drafting, and securities filings in a fast-paced AI research context. The successful candidate has 1–4 years of transactional or corporate law experience, a U.S./Canada/UK law degree, and a license to practice in the U.S., Canada, or U.K. Remote, 20–40 hours/week, start immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr mercor
