About the Job Sr Marketing Specialist

An integral role on the marketing team, this role will ensure all printed & digital communication (internal + external) follows set brand graphic standards.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Manage print vendors: obtain quotes/review proofs/press checks.
• Manage website vendors: obtain quotes & work on new website.
• Update new website as needed: new product launches, catalogs, brochures, care & maintenance, general edits & updates, etc.
• Assist with new development color target, sample requests, presentations.
• Create standard brand standards and work with HQ Korea have approved by HQ Korea.
• Create and update marketing collateral: brand catalogs, brochures, d-set inserts, promotional items, etc.
• Support sales team & distributors by creating promotional flyers that reflect brand standards.
• Manage all digital files.
• Fulfill requests from sales team and distributors for product images.
• Create templates for social media platforms.
• Trade Show graphics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• MS Office Especially strong experience in Microsoft Excel
• Presentation development
• Ability to excel in a team environment (sales team, marketing team, etc.) but must be able to work with little supervision
• Experience with sample and dealer display programs
• Experience in the surfacing industry
• Experience with Salesforce
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications or related field
• Three to Five years of relevant experiences
• Other relevant experience will be considered

Travel and Work Requirements Periodic for trade shows and customers events; approx. 10-15%
