Machine Operator – BMW Supplier | Spartanburg, SCOpSource StaffingMachine OperatorPay Rates: - 1st Shift: $17.50/hr

• 2nd & 3rd Shift: $19.50/hr

Shifts Available: - 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM
• 6p-6a
• 6a-6p

• Operate machinery and perform assigned production tasks
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Identify and report production issues to leadership
• Label and pack finished products correctly
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certification preferred
• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Automotive manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical documents and instructions
• Understanding of quality and safety standards
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

You should be proficient in:

• Troubleshooting Skills
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)

• Stamping Press

• Slitter Machine
• Flexographic Printing Press
