Hourly Rate:

Confidential (Tier 1: $350/hour and below; Tier 2: $351 $375/hour)

What You ll Do

Manage 60-70% obstetrics cases, including high- and low-risk patients
Handle approximately 18-24 outpatient clinic patients daily in OB and GYN
Perform procedures such as LEEPs, colposcopies, and birth control placements (IUDs, Nexplanon)
Assist with labor and delivery, supporting CNMs and FPOBs
Support emergency GYN and OB coverage, including triage and consultations
Conduct prenatal and postnatal care, including ultrasounds and basic GYN diagnostics
Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, sonographers, and support staff
What You Need

Active Washington medical license or appropriate credentials
Recent OB/GYN hospital and outpatient experience
Comfort in managing high-risk obstetrics and performing GYN procedures
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
About the Assignment
This position is with a leading facility in Federal Way, WA, providing comprehensive OB/GYN care within a supportive inpatient and outpatient setting. The role involves managing a diverse patient demographic with a range of obstetric and gynecological needs, including high-risk pregnancies, routine gynecology, and family planning procedures. The facility features a Level 2 nursery, a fully staffed team, and support from CNMs, FPOBs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
