Scrum Master

Full Time Only – PLEASE NO C2C OR 3RD PARTY FIRMS We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile leader to join a collaborative technology organization and help Agile teams become more effective, empowered, and high-performing. In this role, you’ll: Coach Agile teams in Scrum, self-organization, and continuous improvement Serve as a servant leader, building trust and creating an environment where teams can thrive Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement Identify and remove team and organizational impediments Coach Product Owners and development teams on prioritization, backlog management, and delivering business value Use team feedback, metrics, and data to identify opportunities for improvement Help teams strengthen collaboration, communication, risk management, and Agile practices What we’re looking for: 5+ years of professional/business experience 3+ years of Scrum experience Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams Solid understanding of Agile principles and the software development lifecycle Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience If you’re passionate about Agile coaching, servant leadership, and helping teams reach their full potential, we’d love to connect! #J-18808-Ljbffr ComResource
