Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 - $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional performance
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, and safety precautions
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and healthcare staff to support quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by the clinic)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Ability to monitor patient progress and communicate effectively
- Proficient in documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills for patient and family education
