Job Skills / Requirements Unarmed Security Officer Location: Solon, OH Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Pay: $14.75/hour Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. * At least 18 years of age. * 1-3 years of professional experience preferred; security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience desired. * Reliable transportation required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Professional, customer-focused demeanor with the ability to de-escalate situations. * Ability to use sound judgment, take initiative, manage priorities, and work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities * Provide security services in accordance with company policies, post orders, and management direction. * Conduct interior and exterior patrols by foot, vehicle, golf cart, or bicycle as assigned. * Identify and report security threats, hazards, unsafe conditions, and emergencies. * Perform site-specific duties such as customer service, loss prevention, visitor reception, elevator security, and loading dock security. * Monitor activity, respond to incidents, and notify appropriate personnel as required. * Complete accurate incident reports documenting unusual activity and resolutions. * Follow emergency procedures, the Use of Force Policy, company standards, and site requirements. * Maintain reliable attendance, professional appearance, and participate in required training. * Perform additional security and support duties as directed.
