Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager's primary role is to help the Operator lead and manage a single restaurant operation, supporting a culture that celebrates strong teamwork and individual growth. Assistant Managers enthusiastically approach each shift as an opportunity to improve upon the previous day's success, where the satisfaction of a hard day's work is part of the happiness. Assistant Managers demonstrate good time management through work/life balance. They keep the restaurant in "like-new" condition and never compromise on brand standards. Assistant Managers collaborate with the Operator with the financial results to understand that sales and profits are the results of earning the active loyalty of their crew members and community. Assistant Managers understand that commitment is achieved by keeping promises to deliver fresh, locally sourced food with authentic southern hospitality. Assistant Managers embody the golden rule, treating guests and crew members as they wish to be treated. They create a fun environment where crew members are motivated to deliver exceptional service to our guests and are encouraged to learn new skills.
