Home Services Craftsman (Carpentry Specialist)

• Compensation: $30.00 – $35.00 / hour (W2 Position) + Performance Bonuses
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends! Overtime Available)
• Location: Clark, NJ & surrounding Union County areas

PrideStaff is hiring a skilled Home Services Craftsman on behalf of a premier local home maintenance provider in Union County. They handle 100% of the marketing, scheduling, and billing so you can focus entirely on your craft with a steady, reliable paycheck.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Deliver specialized Carpentry work (trim work, repairs, custom installations) alongside general trade tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site.
• Provide professional, friendly communication to high-end homeowners regarding project status.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in carpentry and at least one other skilled trade.
• Location: Must be based in or near the Union County, NJ area (commutable to Clark/Westfield).
• Transportation: Must have a reliable truck, van, or large SUV and valid driver's license for initial tool transport (mileage/travel reimbursed).
• Skills: Fluent in English with excellent customer service skills.
• Verification: Must be willing to undergo a standard pre-employment background check.
