Position Description Summary: Responsible for providing shipping and receiving needs for the department and purchasing items for the maintenance department. This includes ordering of stock and non-stock items, processing of routine forms, reports and documents in accordance with policy.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and those of higher authority
• Excellent radio and phone skills etiquette
• Ship and receive all supplies and parts
• Purchase maintenance parts and supplies
• Distribute parts and packages to appropriate persons or department
• Maintain cleanliness of parts department and parts storage bins and lockers
• Maintain purchase order and inventory records

Essential Functions: Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Knowledge and Skills:

• This is an entry-level position. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally prefer 0-2 years of related experience.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $21.00 $21.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
