What You'll Do

Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system
Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions
Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and health management
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital policies

What You Need

Required:

Current RN license in Louisiana
2+ years ICU experience
BLS, ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (12-month blue card)
Proficiency in electronic documentation

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience with Epic or similar documentation systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
