Attorney

A rapidly growing, privately held company is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida . This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to work closely with attorneys and business leaders on sophisticated commercial transactions and high-profile projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and procurement contracts
• Assist with contract administration and document management throughout the lifecycle of complex projects and transactions
• Support corporate governance and entity management matters
• Coordinate legal documentation related to large-scale projects and business initiatives
• Assist with leases, easements, title matters, and other real estate-related documentation, as needed
• Partner closely with attorneys, executives, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain legal records and manage high-volume documentation with exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience in corporate, commercial contracts, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or other transactional practice areas
• Strong contract management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting multi-state transactions is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
