What You'll Do (The Role):

As a Sales Associate, you are the face of our dealership. You will guide customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives using a consultative, low-pressure approach.

• Build Relationships: Nurture clientele for life through consistent follow-up and "WOW" customer service.

• Digital Communication: Engage with customers where they areeffectively using email, text, Facebook, and Instagram to showcase our inventory.

• Expert Guidance: Listen to customer needs and assist them in selecting the perfect vehicle.

• Product Knowledge: Become a "Vehicle Authority" by staying up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and features.

• Demonstrations: Perform professional vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• The Personality: You have a "people-first" attitude. If you've spent years "reading the room" in hospitality or retail, you'll be a natural here.

• The Communicator: You are comfortable talking to strangers and can build rapport quickly over the phone, in person, or via text.

• The Tech-Savvy Seller: You know your way around a smartphone and social media (Facebook/Instagram) to help promote yourself and our inventory.

• The Professional: You are coachable, show up on time, and are ready to win.

• The Essentials: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
