Production OperatorJob Summary

We are seeking motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will support the production, packaging, and distribution of materials in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Bag and palletize products according to customer and production requirements.
• Vacuum materials into industrial bags and containers.
• Sort, stage, wrap, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
• Perform basic quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.

• Minimum 1 year of industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing experience .
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with palletizing, staging, packaging, and material handling.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Required PPE is provided; however, employees must provide their own steel-toe boots . Production Operators work in small teams on a rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hopkinsville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $20.09 - $20.09/hr.
