As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the inter-operative phase of patient care, working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing the operative site and maintaining instrument tables in an organized manner
• Ensuring the proper functioning of surgical instruments and equipment
• Anticipating the needs of the surgeon and surgical team during procedures
• Assisting with patient draping and positioning
• Managing surgical specimens and assisting with surgical dressings
• Cleaning and decontaminating surgical instruments and the operating room
• Following infection control policies and regulatory guidelines

Requirements for this role include:

• BLS (AHA Only) and CST (NBSTSA or NCCT) certifications
• Need 3 years experience in setting, specifically in Neuro, Uro, Ortho, General, and Robotics (Divinci Xi)
• Successful completion of a nationally accredited surgical technologist program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
