Calling all RBT's seeking Elementary placement

Working in Saddleback Valley Unified School District

Starting at $21.90/hr up to $22.76/hr pending higher education and experience in the field

As a Registered Behavior Tech you will work with students with special needs. Reporting to the Emotional Support Special Education Teacher, among other duties, this position will:

• Provides behavior management support to individuals in a school setting.
• Carries out specific interventions that are developed by the Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Transfers skills to individuals' natural support in the least restrictive environment.
• Assists the Educational Administrator by deploying Instructional Assistants strategicallythroughout the facility, supports teachers in managing student behaviors

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am - 3:30pm

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Drivers License required
• Must have RBT Certification or RBT eligibility required
• High School diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree preferred
• At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents with behavior challenges preferred.
