Your responsibilities will include assisting physicians during medical procedures, managing patient interactions, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all patients. Position Details: Location: This position floats between our Skokie, Northbrook, Gurnee and Barrington clinic locations. Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Compensation: $20-$24hr based on experience and qualifications Bilingual Requirement: English & Spanish Key Responsibilities: Greet, room, and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and positive patient experience. Obtain and document patient vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information in the electronic medical record (EMR/EHR). Perform clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, EKGs, injections/vaccinations, specimen collection, and other duties within scope of training and certification. Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information using EMR/EHR systems. Deliver exceptional patient service while managing a high volume of patient interactions in a fast-paced clinical environment. Utilize EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems. Support patient care within a healthcare setting, including physician offices, clinics, urgent care centers, pharmacies, hospitals, or home health environments. Leverage bilingual communication skills to support patient interactions when applicable.
