As a Security Officer Credential Check in CHINO, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will manage access control, monitor entry points, and support security-related operations with professionalism and care. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. - Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
- Monitor access control points by checking credentials, authorizing entry and exit, and helping to deter unauthorized access to buildings, yards, gates, and/or restricted areas.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
- Document visitor, contractor, employee, and/or vehicle activity, report unusual conditions, and maintain accurate access records according to site requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require a security-related response.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
