Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing profitability, and building a strong, team-focused culture. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences Drive sales and manage profit margins, labor, and food costs Hire, train, and develop a team of 25+ employees Oversee scheduling, inventory, and overall restaurant performance Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture Ensure operational standards, cleanliness, and efficiency What We’re Looking For 3+ years of GM or AGM experience in high-volume QSR, hospitality, or retail ($2.5M+ preferred) Proven experience managing sales, P&L, and cost controls Strong leadership and team development skills Comfortable working varied shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays) Able to be on your feet for extended periods (6–9 hours) Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 minutes Tech-savvy and comfortable with restaurant systems Compensation & Benefits Salary starting at $65K+ Bonus potential Benefits package Growth opportunities JOB ID : 174105#post #J-18808-Ljbffr
