Compliance Analyst, MR-Distributor

This Compliance Analyst position assists the Marketing Review (MR) team with various administrative responsibilities including running billing reports, volume reports, board reporting, website inspections, as well as assisting with system administration. What you'll do: Create submissions for Annual and Semi-Annual Reports in the ComplianceAlpha Marketing Review system Perform website inspections in accordance with the firm's policy Liaise with internal MR operations counterparts to assist with system administration Work under pressure and time constraints to ensure client deadlines are met Assist with various system related tasks, such as closing out stale files, running various volume reports, and uploading supporting documents to the system Track progress of assignments using project management software tools Perform other ad-hoc work and special projects as necessary to support ACA's various client and internal initiatives To qualify for the role, you must have: Bachelor’s degree, or relevant experience 1-2 years’ previous work experience, financial services environment helpful Skills and attributes for success: Ability to interpret rules and regulations and communicate them to others Strong organizational skills, including the capacity to multi-task Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent project management skills Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlinesAbility to work independently under limited supervision, but also able to work collaboratively as part of a team Attention to detail Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word and databases Ideally, you’ll also have: Previous experience in financial services environment What working at ACA offers: We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
