We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our Dayton, Ohio team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, quality-focused mindset, and hands-on CNC machining experience. Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce hubs, rotors, and drums according to specifications. Perform routine inspections and quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Maintain adherence to production schedules while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Identify, troubleshoot, and report any machine or tooling issues to supervisors. Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality assurance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements: Previous CNC machining experience required; experience with automotive or trucking components preferred. Strong quality inspection skills and hands-on experience with micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
