Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ongoing care to individuals and families, spanning from Pediatrics to Geriatrics.
• Oversee chronic conditions, preventive strategies, acute illnesses, and mental health with a patient-centered focus.
• Perform physical examinations, assess diagnostic tests, and craft tailored treatment plans.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists for holistic patient management.
• Engage in quality improvement efforts aimed at optimizing patient care and operational standards.
• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) systems for precise and timely documentation.
• Provide care both in-person and via virtual platforms as needed by patients.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Georgia medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
