People & Benefits Generalist — Open Enrollment & HR Ops

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will manage employee records, Open Enrollment, COBRA, HRIS/payroll processes, and partner with stakeholders to maintain policies and a welcoming workplace culture.
