Exciting Opportunity for an Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Our organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to become part of a well-established practice in Mason City, Iowa.

Practice Overview

• Thriving Practice: Join a busy team with immediate patient volume.
• Flexible Scheduling: Options for both full-time and part-time positions.
• Collaborative Team: Work alongside three OBGYNs and one ARNP.
• Call Schedule: Approximately five days of on-call duty per month.
• Modern Facilities: Newly renovated clinic located on the main campus, close to labor & delivery, lab, pharmacy, and radiology, with access to Perinatology consultations.
• Operating Room Availability: Dedicated block time for OB/GYN surgeons five days a week, including robotic surgery options.
• Neonatal Care: Level II NICU staffed 24/7 by pediatric hospitalists and NICU nurses, with an on-site blood bank.
• In-House Specialists: Access to various specialists for patient care collaboration, including cardiology, orthopedics, and anesthesiology.

• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.

Compensation and Benefits Package

• Competitive Salary: A two-year income guarantee of $400,000 annually, plus productivity incentives (for full-time).
• Bonus Structure: A $250,000 bonus package available (for full-time).
