Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with daily business operations and project planning
Foster positive working relationships and motivate a dynamic team
Delegate daily tasks and supervise staff performance
Address issues promptly and ensure company policies are followed
Lead by example to create an enthusiastic and supportive work environment

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to deliver constructive feedback and coach team members
Problem-solving mindset with good observation skills
Computer literacy and basic math skills
