RETIREE HEALTH INSURANCE ADVISORY COMMITTEE-MODERATOR The Town Moderator of Winchester is seeking applicants to join the Retiree Health Insurance Advisory Committee. The committee was originally formed by an affirmative vote of the 2014 Spring Town Meeting and was amended by a vote of the 2022 Spring Town Meeting. The Moderator is currently seeking applicants to join this committee. One seat to be filled by a retired School Department employee for a three-year term to expire October 31, 2026; One seat to be filled by a Citizen at Large for a term to expire October 31, 2025; One seat to be filled by a Citizen at Large for a term to expire October 31, 2026. 4.8.1 Establishment The Town shall have a permanent Retiree Health Insurance Advisory Committee (“RHIAC”) having the duties and organized in the manner described below. 4.8.2 Duties The RHIAC shall have the following duties and responsibilities as may be further specified in this bylaw: #J-18808-Ljbffr
