The team owns Snapchat's client-side ads stack on iOS and Android — Ad format rendering and delivery, plus the ad platform and inventory layers underneath. This Staff role will drive our ad inventory and platform work on Android, with a strong emphasis on networking and client performance. We're looking for someone fluent in modern Android internals who's also leaning into the latest agentic development workflows to move faster.What you’ll do:Push the limits of mobile devices and build great user experiencesBuild smooth, stable, and fun productsDevelop features from design through implementation and launchEvaluate technical tradeoffs of every decision and work with design on the best UI and infrastructure practicesPerform code reviews that guarantee code qualityUtilize AI tools and high velocity engineering workflows to design and ship scalable services while upholding rigorous standards for code correctness, security, and production ready quality code. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
