From cash and coins to cards and mobile, we keep the world of payments moving with smart validation devices and business management software.Headquartered in Malvern, PA, CPI is supported by: >2,000 global associates, 7 manufacturing sites, 12 corporate offices and a national field service organization.If you are interested in making a global impact, we are looking for a full-time Field Service Technician I to service the areas between St Louis and assisting with Columbia MO.What You'll Be DoingThe Field Service Technician is responsible for servicing, fixing, upgrading and performing preventative maintenance on various types of equipment such as coin & currency equipment, ATM's, software and specialized office products located at client sites in St Louis and Columbia to guarantee ongoing success, you will work in coordination with branch sales and other service team members.Responsibilities and Duties:Service, upgrade and perform preventative maintenance on company electromechanical equipmentTravel by vehicle, daily, to client sites (90%) with overnight travel as needed (10%) - Some long drive times are encountered depending on geographical territory coveredWork with branch employees to satisfy client needsAddress customer service requests within the specified contract response timeExtended Hours Coverage periods and 'On-Call' duty where applicableSafeguard and maintain a balanced vehicle stock parts inventoryUpkeep and cleanliness of company issued vehicle including scheduled service intervalsSafeguarding of any company issued assets including tablet computer and mobile phoneAll other duties as requiredWho We Are Looking ForQualifications :1 + years of working in Technical/Field Service position or similar technical professionImpeccable IntegrityMust be able to gain access to highly secured environments; Occupational licenses may be necessary to obtain depending on territory/accountsStrong electromechanical aptitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including a positive, customer-first attitudePersonable, approachable and able to work easily with others at all levelsStrong attention to details - able to proof and prioritize your own workProficient in iOS, MS Office applications and Windows OSAbility to set and track goals independently, initiate and follow through on assignments without coaching, and work proactively as a team playerAble to commit to and meet project deadlinesPhysical Requirements:Available for periodic travel to our corporate office in Mt.
