Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy Construction
Rosenthal Search Partners is partnering with a growing construction organization to appoint an experienced

Senior Project Manager

within its renewable energy business.

This is an opportunity for an established project leader to take ownership of the delivery of a

major utility-scale energy project

while positioning themselves for a significant leadership role as the business continues to grow.

The opportunity is particularly well suited to someone who has spent their career in

EPC, Design-Build or self-perform construction

and wants more than simply moving from one project to the next.

The Opportunity
You will have responsibility for a major project and work across the full lifecycle of delivery, coordinating project teams, field operations, engineering, procurement, subcontractors and key external stakeholders.

Alongside the immediate project responsibility, there is a

defined opportunity to progress into Director-level leadership over the next 1–2 years

for someone who performs successfully.

What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will have a strong track record delivering complex construction projects and ideally bring:

Senior Project Management experience within an

EPC, Design-Build or major construction contractor

Experience delivering

large utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects

Utility-scale

solar and/or BESS experience strongly preferred

Responsibility for project financial performance, forecasting, cost control and schedule

Experience leading multidisciplinary project and field teams

Strong subcontractor and vendor management experience

Commercial understanding including contracts, change management and project risk

Experience working across engineering, procurement and construction

Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to take ownership of a project rather than operating within a narrowly defined PM function

Willingness to travel based on project requirements
