Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1787.04/week –

Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver critical patient services and ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires adaptability and clinical expertise to address diverse emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine priority of care.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document all interventions precisely in medical records.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Maintain clinical competency through ongoing training and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with at least 3 years of emergency department experience.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a high-stakes environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with emergency medical procedures, protocols, and equipment.
• Ability to work night shifts, including evenings from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
