Pharmacy Manager - Hotchkiss, CO

Compensation: $25,000 Sign-on Bonus

• $73 - $87 an hour (based on experience)

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy workflow, perform all staff pharmacist duties, ensure legal/compliance standards, manage inventory, scheduling, controlled substance procedures, and drive performance toward labor, sales, and utilization goals
• Supervise and coach pharmacy staff, resolve customer issues, conduct physician detailing, support public health initiatives, manage third party issues, and maintain all required state/federal records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Active and unencumbered Colorado Pharmacist License
