As the Development Coordinator , you will: be the primary liaison to the development community in terms of the commercial development process and processing permits, calculating all associated development fees, and monitoring project timelines. Schedule and attend development meetings with external customers and internal departments and provide follow-up directions. Communicate proactively with project representatives to help guide them through the City’s development process, including pre-development, plan review and permitting, construction, and close‑out. Maintain and organize precise timelines of development projects and proactively navigate each through the City’s processes, including all permitting software functions. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check. Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
