Position Highlights Perform a range of skilled and unskilled tasks related to building maintenance and grounds. Collaborate with Supervisor and fellow team members to tackle various maintenance assignments. Demonstrate initiative and judgment in aiding wherever required. Contribute to the overall functionality and appearance of the facility. Qualifications High school diploma or Graduate of Technology. Some experience in Maintenance and power plant work preferred. Responsibilities Perform various maintenance tasks related to building and grounds upkeep. Collaborate and work well with fellow team members. Show initiative in aiding wherever required. Assist in activities and tasks as directed by Supervisor. Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
