We are hiring sales-driven team members who are passionate about finding customers who want a professional salesperson to help them understand the right insurance and financial products-products designed to protect them from financial disaster when life doesn't go as planned.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a customer-facing sales role.
• Familiarity with insurance terminology and customer service workflows.

Hourly + Commission Expectations

• This position includes an hourly base wage plus commission/bonus opportunities based on performance metrics (e.g., proactive customer outreach, policy/service conversions, and goal achievement-per agency plan).

Licensing & Training

• Insurance licensing requirements may apply. Training and support will be provided as needed based on licensing status.

Compensation: $52,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
