We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and replacing residential and/or commercial windows. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install and secure windows, ensuring proper fit, insulation, and sealing.
• Remove and replace old windows while minimizing damage to surrounding structures.
• Apply caulking, weatherproofing, and trim to ensure a professional finish.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures during installation.
• Communicate with customers in a professional manner and address any concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in window installation or related construction work preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and tools.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights if required.
