Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and accruals as part of the monthly close Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules Support inventory accounting including cycle count research and valuation entries Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assist with fixed asset tracking, depreciation, and capital expenditure records Prepare recurring reports and gather data for variance analysis Support audit and tax requests with documentation and schedule preparationIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and documentation Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience Understanding of GAAP, journal entries, and account reconciliation Strong Excel skills Experience working in an ERP or accounting system Bachelor's degree in Accounting A bit about us We are an established manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and long-standing customer relationships.
