Weekly Hour Guarantee: 32 hours
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes - rotational
Coverage Areas: Christian - Trigg Counties
Mileage Reimbursement: from first site to last site at the federal rate (.725 per mile)

Rate: up to $50.00 per hour

Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting. This role focuses on comprehensive patient care, education, and collaboration with physicians to promote positive outcomes and prevent hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
Deliver skilled nursing services including:
- Wound care
- IV administration
- Sterile dressing changes
Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and care plans
Support hospitalization prevention through proactive care and monitoring
Accurately document care and patient progress in compliance with agency standards

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Valid Driver's License
Current CPR certification
Prior home health nursing experience
Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area
