Associate Director, Qualitative Research & Growth

Main job purpose Identify and win new business from existing and new clients, whilst penetrating new therapy areas. Target = $400-500k gross profit. Manage and motivate a team to deliver multiple successful, innovative qualitative, local and international insight and branding projects. Be a business leader and a spokesperson within and for the Company, to help promote and grow the Company. This is a consultant-type role where you will be expected to make all decisions concerning the management of a project, in line with the Company’s long-term objectives. You will have responsibility for winning and managing multiple qualitative local and international projects, including proposal management, project plans, cost management, timelines, methodologies, suppliers, freelancers and team members. #J-18808-Ljbffr Adelphi Group
